The Code of Business Ethics of the company is a combined document covering all the values of the company based on the Code of Business Ethics prescribed by various professional organizations such as the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), American Business Brokers Association (ABBA), Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AMMA), Institute of Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) and Association of Professional Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
